ARPIXA

We built Arpixa to make agency work feel connected, calm, and in control.

Arpixa started from a real frustration: too many teams were juggling one tool for projects, one for documents, one for invoicing, one for client updates, and another for meetings. Context kept breaking. Work slowed down. Clients felt the delay. We wanted one operating rhythm instead of tool chaos.

Why Arpixa exists

Agency work is not just task management. It is promises, deadlines, revisions, approvals, billing, and trust. We built Arpixa around the full lifecycle so teams can stop stitching tools together and start running one reliable system.

What was broken before

Teams were copying client details between apps, manually sending follow-ups, and switching tabs to understand one project status. Revenue signals arrived late because invoices lived in separate tools.

Delivery became reactive instead of intentional. Everyone worked harder, but progress felt slower.

What Arpixa changed

Arpixa connects operations end-to-end: workspace setup, project tracking, client communication, proposals, documents, invoicing, payments, and meeting links in one place.

This means less tool-hopping, clearer accountability, faster cash flow, and a smoother client experience.

What we built in the product, today

This is based on how Arpixa actually runs in code right now: real routes, real modules, real team workflows.

WS

Workspace-first architecture

Agencies can run dedicated workspace and subdomain flows, while clients access secure portal views tied to their agency context.

CP

Client portal and shared views

Public proposal/document links, workspace profile pages, and client portal access flows are designed to keep delivery transparent.

IV

Invoicing tied to execution

Invoice routes, payment links, print views, and reminders are integrated with project work so cash flow is not an afterthought.

ME

Scheduling and meetings

Smart booking links, configurable meeting rules, calendar integrations, and auto meeting links support fast client coordination.

IN

Operational integrations

OAuth-based integrations include Google services, Slack, Zoom, and Notion (beta), with workspace-level connection controls.

SC

Security and governance

Role-based permissions, session controls, advanced security settings, and audit-focused workspace controls are built into core settings.

How work moves through Arpixa

We design around delivery momentum, not just feature checklists.

STEP 01

Capture client context

Leads, client records, and scope details are collected inside one workspace.

STEP 02

Share proposal

Teams send branded proposals and keep acceptance status visible to everyone.

STEP 03

Start delivery

Accepted work becomes a tracked project with tasks, files, and client communication.

STEP 04

Coordinate meetings

Booking links, calendar sync, and meeting rules reduce scheduling back-and-forth.

STEP 05

Invoice and collect

Issue invoices with payment links and reminders, with real payment status visibility.

STEP 06

Review and optimize

Use reports, automations, and settings controls to improve the next delivery cycle.

Built to earn trust, not just attention

Modern product experience should not trade off reliability. We care deeply about both.

Controlled access and permissions Role-based workspace controls help teams manage who can view, edit, and operate critical workflows.
Security settings in product 2FA posture, session management, access policy controls, and security alerts are first-class settings.
Protected payment operations Gateway credentials are verified server-side and handled with encryption-focused flows.
Connected, not locked in Integrations, API/webhook surfaces, and export-friendly operations support flexible agency stacks.

We are here to build with you, not above you.

Arpixa is shaped by real agency operations. We care about practical details: faster handoffs, clearer scope, better client visibility, and healthier cash flow. If you are scaling delivery, we want to help you do it with less noise.
